Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped and typically arrives within 5–7 business days for customers in the United States.

Estimated delivery time:

• Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Total Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your package has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at amilcar503torres@gmail.com. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to update the shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at amilcar503torres@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
